Fully support company KPI & Financial achievement. • Key achievement -- 2015/5-9 Coffee business split from MDLZ, takeover all Supply Chain Operations from MDLZ -- 2015/10--2016/03 MH Rebranding & package upgrade campaign -- 2016/3-11 JDE Global new SAP Launching -- 2016/6-9 China factory shut down and switch to Thai supply（postpone to end of 2016 finally） -- 2016/11-now Emergency takeover & restore JDE SH SC and rebuild new global supply network for JDE CN Retails supply.

• Report to: Operations Director –South China （GZ 2+ JM 1 ，total 3 Factories）• Responsibility： Production department daily operation manage, continual improving production efficiency, planning accomplishment, quality control, safety and achieve factory / Dept KPI & tasks. Team & associate capability develop. • Key achievement： -- Department manage team rebuild, R&R clarify -- Enhance site manage to improve quality control & people mindset chang （On line quality rework rate reduce >90% in one year.） -- Keeping deep cooperate with QA & ENG team, driving site base, identify & root caused analysis for each long lasting equipment & process issues, fix it one by one. Improving process reliability and achieved 0 micro-issues for 3 consecutive years. (until GZ plant shut down)  -- Participate & driving AM /PM site activities，helping by LEAN expert, reinforce front line manage teams and key operates to learn by doing, getting familiar with the equipment operate, how each parts gear up, build up front line team issue analysis\self-problem solving capability & confidence with mindset change, team engagement improvement … Achieved dept OEE & GE 20% improvement.
