Selected for temporary assignment while awaiting permanent General Manager position after re-patriating back to the United States following international service in the Caribbean. Role at Marin Country Club was providing leadership during the search for a permanent Head Golf Professional. Declined the offer to remain as the Head Golf Professional in pursuit of a General Manager position to continue upward trend within Troon.

Promoted into the role of General Manager after two years as Golf Operations Manager. Continued to host the Michael Jordan Celebrity Invitational for five more years with televised coverage on Golf Channel and ESPN. Additionally, improved the overall operation including a positive, professional relationship with local workers union and minimizing of disciplinary actions through team building. Coordinated the daily operations of the club with management of the 4000 room Atlantis Resort and providing service for their guests.
