Working as an IT events analyst and monitoring Maersk's network and applications, using monitoring tools such as Riverbed, atternity and service now in conjunction to identify and raise issues that could potentially risk maersk's availability to customers and employees. Having been new to the IT industry, i feel like i have been extremely successful in this role, taken on board new skills, techniques and knowledge in a new environment than what i was previously used to. such as working with IT systems riverbed, Service now, outlook, and monitoring things such as solarwinds, high level applications and SCOM.

I started as a personal shopper within the online shopping department, before going to Non-food as a trainee manager, i moved to Tesco Mobile for the final year i was with the company.having started with personal shopping, learning the basis of the company, the store lay out, developing a knowledge of products and customer service skills. I went on to become a trainee manager with the non-food department, so electrical, toys and home appliances. i moved from a retail role to a sales role at Tesco Mobile. Learning a new skill of how to sell but also combining that with a high level of enthusiasm and customer service skills.
