It is a top 10 global investment manager in infrastructure, a top 25 in global real estate, and has a series of JVs in Asia.- HR Business Partner for AMP Capital's Australia and NZ division: with 200 people in institutional and retail sales, marketing, product, digital, client services, investment operations, risk and control. Accountable for strategic and operational HR deliverables that reduced attrition of key talent and increased engagement and productivity.- As Head of OD, I worked with the CEO and ExCo co-designing and implementing a global employee engagement approach which led to a 5% firm wide year on year increase in engagement. Also accountable for building human capital capability and driving a unified investment house culture.

- Post the AMP and AXA merger, managed OD/L&D team who built leadership capability and facilitated ways for newly forming leadership teams to quickly become cohesive and effective in a way that drove AMP’s customer centric culture and values- Co-designed and implemented an employee-centred strengths-based employee engagement approach, that has been a key pillar driving engagement uplift at AMP over the last 5 years in a tough market environment

- EnergyAustralia at this stage was a state owned energy retailer and distributor operating electrical distribution networks to 1.6 million customers across NSW. HR’s agenda was to drive culture change and productivity uplift in a decentralised environment with high staff tenure and union affiliation- Successfully facilitated LSI-centred residential leadership programs that strengthened leaders’ ability to drive performance outcomes. Engagement and retention scores increased in team’s who’s leaders attended these programs- Designed and implemented an enterprise wide leadership development framework from graduates to executive leadership, plus easy-to-use assessment and development tools that drove online learning, coaching and group facilitation outcomes

Blackdot is a niche management consultancy specialising in driving sales force effectiveness improvements that deliver clients top and bottom line growth. Achievements included:- Global FMCG business: led project team that defined “next generation” capabilities for sale and service division of 300. Trained 40 leaders to use a suite of customised tools and processes to assess and develop sales and service capabilities. Year on year sales results increased 14% as a result, employee attrition reduced and staff engagement increased.- Big four Australian bank: designed and implemented capability framework across vendor management team in a division. This was viewed as a key input to team’s engagement score increase and the framework was then replicated across vendor management teams in other divisions.- Different big four Australian bank: facilitated training programs specialising in influencing, presenting, sales pitching and communicating to 100s of leaders and employees. New business generated with leaders who participated in these training programs.
