Manage PayPal account for Merchant services receiving online donations though company website.Track hours of employee's for input into third party payroll system.Maintain all records for HOB audit's for both Federal, State, & Local taxes to maintain Non Profit Status. Work with Child Support Emforement agency to ensure employee support paymenst are made. Also ensure that Ohio Workers Comp is maintained and Ohio Workers Umeployment Insurance is up to date.Work with all outside auditor's from annual audit of HOB financials to FEMA audit for monies given for Emergency Food Assistence and weekly purchases of food from Local Food Bank. Maintain daily food count for monthly reporting to FEMA and Food Bank Manage all vendors who maintain HOB building and grounds. Manage all schedule maintence on building and all building equipment from HAVC's to commercial kitchen plus company cargo van.
