Director of program for a 365 bed conference center and camp. I planned activities and events for conferences and camps year-round. I managed a staff of 25 and a sizable budget. I helped design and build activity areas such as ropes courses and adventure activities. I trained staff and oversaw all aspects of the conference experience. I hired speakers and musicians. I was part of a three person leadership team. I was tasked with creating events and adding to the bottom line of the camp. My programs served people of all ages and a variety of interests. Near the end of my term I served as the interim camp director and was instrumental in the search for and hiring of a new executive director.
