Work on 24G SAS expander

•Electrical Validation to ensure the SSD products meet electrical standards (DDR, ONFI, PCIe SPI, I2C, power management IC)•Investigation, discussion, and updating of test plan, validation result, and automated test application•Hardware problem solving by analyzing schematics, layouts, and device operation logic•Collaboration with team and group members to solve design and testing problems as early as possible•Experience with high-speed oscilloscope, DC power supply, function generator, soldering tools, and other advanced lab test equipment•Experience with signal integrity testing and design for high-speed data transaction•Experience with computer and storage architecture

•Contribution to the vibration budget of Thirty-Meter Telescope project•Worked with other engineers on system-level requirements•Design of experiments to study flow vibration due to different pipe bend angles•Experience with sensitive devices (accelerometer, force transducer, and impact hammer), high-speed data collection, frequency response analysis, and data processing in MATLAB•Improved data accuracy by building stable setups and reducing the effect of ambient noise on the system

•Product (refrigeration system) design based on standardized and customized requirement•Experience with manufacture, design process and flow, SolidWorks, system evaluation, component selection, and control logic•Hands-on experience with machine tools and equipment in the factory
