RMD is a healthcare consulting practice focused on data quality management and reporting to the healthcare industry. As Technology Manager it ismy role to design, plan, implement, and support the technology we use internally and the solutions we deploy to our clients. RMD is also a MedicareRegistry with 4 years’ experience in collecting, organizing, qualifying, and reporting PQRS/e-RX /Meaningful Use data (indluding QRDA) to Medicarefor physician quality and incentive programs. Our registry in reporting year 2009 successfully submitted 150 +/- nationally based providers for PQRIresulting in a 100% success rate and, collectively, several hundreds of thousands of dollars in incentive reimbursements being paid to thoseparticipating providers. 2010 reporting was for 300 +/- nationally-based providers for both the PQRI and e-Prescribe Medicare quality/incentiveprograms. We also work with and advise several medical organizations on data management, quality, warehousing, and reporting/presentationprimarily focusing on the SQL Server BI stack and, on some client projects, integrating with SharePoint.

Part-time position writing PM/EMR reports against Centricity Practice System/Repository/Analytics for a six physician, two location gastroenterologypractice. Installed, manage, and populate a stand-alone SQL Server Reporting Services report portal. Wrote dozens of custom reports focused onscheduling, functional, clinical, management, and PQRI/Quality data. I also built several custom forms and lab interfaces for their Centricity CPS 6.0product as my technical role expanded.

Temp to Perm opportunity with a medical billing service as IT specialist. Wrote VB-scripts, managed SharePoint site, lead SharePoint upgradeproject, managed client apps, and did some limited report writing. Company lost large client and project/role went un-funded. Went part-time toexpand remaining budget longer over calendar time and took on GPA as second client (see Gastroenterology Associates).

SSRS 2005 reports to SSRS 2008. Worked with small SQL development group doing agile development on a .net web app. Worked in team codesharing environment using SQL Server Team Foundation Server 2008 for source code control. Wrote and edited stored procedures and views tosupport reporting requirements. Kept all report source code stored in TFS.
