We have been manufacturing die casting machines since 1953 and currently have more than 15,000 installed around the world, with approximate 1,000 in North America. With this many machines in NA, we have developed quite a legacy. One of my primary objectives is to keep our current customers happy and up to date on our new offerings. I closely work with our internal and external teams to develop new markets, shows, training programs, presentations, and identifying & qualifying new sales opportunities. I work closely and comfortably with our internal team from the GM, Technical Specialist, Customer Service, Parts Support, and Service Technicians, continuously striving to provide great customer service.In addition to managing our external great Sales Representative organization which covers the Midwest, I pursue additional opportunities in the open territories in the US and Canada. I am currently looking for additional Representatives who would like to contribute to the success of our Sales Team! I closely work with the whole Toshiba Machine organization to develop new strategies and tools to foster new lead generation, project qualification, marketing, and opportunities to contribute to our success.
