Develop, manage, coordinate and mature the Airbus Technology Roadmap for Propulsion, including: - Build and maintain a roster of subject matter experts inside (across Airbus divisions) and outside of Airbus; - Ensure the alignment of external funding proposals; - Hold regular concurrent design workshops with participation of Airbus employees, suppliers, competitors, academia and other roadmap owners; - Integrate the technical accomplishments of ongoing R&T projects and demonstrators into the roadmap; - Support the transition of the Airbus Central Technology Office organization to a fast, open and collaborative environment by acting in the role of a roadmap owner in an agile and flexible network of roadmap owners.

Responsible for high operational maturity in development of engines and nacelles for A330neo, through embodiment of lessons learned on other aircraft programmes and customer experience.Active engagement with all working groups throughout development programme, including physical, thermal and logic integration, validation and verification, liaison with engine and nacelle manufacturers, and programme management. Management of maturity risks, influence on design and testing phases for mitigations and fall back options.

Additional function assigned on recognition of capability. Focal point for all fuel & inerting systems innovation ideas and concepts. Coaching, stimulating, advising, organising and animating innovation, including cross-domain collaboration.

Lead for TP Fuel Systems, a portfolio of R&T projects developing a variety of aircraft fuel system technologies and architectures. Budget responsibility €2 million per year. Accountable for multi-year planning, delivery of projects to R&T Programme and Fuel Systems Domain, and resource and outsourcing management.
