Consistent across my work is the belief that we come into this world whole, and that people don’t need to be fixed. As a relational therapist, I specialize in experientially working with self-discovery, relationship health, intimacy, and attachment trauma. I find what is often missing in our lives are the deeply attuned connections where we feel seen, heard, and understood. Having those connections enables us to regulate our nervous systems and to gather enough strength to accomplish meaningful change. There is tremendous healing in slowing down to intentionally listen to your body, mind, and heart.Outside my therapist role, I am also an entrepreneurial creative with extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, adult learning, and enterprise transformation. My intuitive knowledge of human behaviour coupled with years of studying psychology of change, make me an ally to anyone who is undergoing a re-birth in business and in life.
