Tim Anderson is a former teacher turned Googler based in New York City. Today, Tim spends most of his professional energy blending data and creativity to bring Google’s education tools to schools worldwide. Sometimes that means digging deep into data to better understand our users’ needs or creating scaled programs from scratch on YouTube or social. Other times, that means building out our research strategy and developing forward-looking narratives. Over the years, he’s lived in and loved many cities. He’s fascinated by public transit and urban planning, and recently visited his 50th state. He’s often found throwing at a ceramics wheel, exploring NYC with a cold brew in hand, or tending to one of the 40+ plants in his Manhattan apartment.
