As the Head of Growth at Client Savvy, I employ my diverse expertise to drive the company's growth strategies, spearheading business development, marketing, and communication efforts. My understanding of professional services and transformative approach steers the company’s ongoing expansion and fortifying Client Savvy's position as the leading provider of Client Experience software for professional services firms. Before joining Client Savvy, I served as the Director of Digital + Growth Marketing at circle S studio for over a decade. There, I collaborated closely with AEC marketers and firm leaders, shaping robust marketing strategies, pioneering innovative content marketing programs, and driving growth-focused website development initiatives. Beginning my career in advertising and media, I transitioned to lead marketing at an ENR 500 civil engineering firm, gaining invaluable experience navigating marketing and business development and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. I’m also a frequent speaker at conference across the country. I’m a member of the American Marketing Association and a Past President of the Richmond chapter. I’m an SMPS Member and a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), and my A/E/C industry expertise has been featured in numerous publications, webinars, programs and conferences across the country. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and an MBA from Liberty University.
