Key Projects:• vCenter Upgrade: Upgraded all 6.0 Windows Server vCenter to 6.5 vCenter appliances. Then migrated over 800 VMs without any downtime to new vCenters.• Nutanix: Constantly creating and setting up new clusters. Supporting all the individual nodes and clusters. Planning and executing all upgrades. Also decommissioning and expanding clusters as needed.• New office setups: Planned, configured and installed many remote sites. Including all hardware setup, purchasing, and initial configuration.• Veeam Setup: Re-deployed Veeam infrastructure as initial setup caused many issues with VM reliability.• VM images: Created gold images for team to use for all setups for use in vCenter and GCP.Daily Responsibilities:• Managed a team of nine people. Homes.com is a leading provider of real estate marketing and media services, including brand advertising, property listing exposure and syndication, search engine marketing and instant response lead generation.Key Projects:Co-location Migration: In charge of setting up F5 GTM and LTM for new location, this also included changing all DNS records to point to new GTM. Also was lead in getting all VMs imported and setup in new Vsphere.Disaster Recovery Site: In charge of setting up F5 GTM and new LTMs. Also was lead in getting all needed VMs for disaster site imported and setup in new Vsphere. Responsible for making sure data is synced between two locations and testing all new servers.VMware Environment: Set up three different Vspheres environments. Two were for office production servers while the third was a dev. environment for DBAs. All were finally migrated to new ESXi 5.1 cluster.Cisco Blade Setup: Installed and configured a new six blade Cisco B200M system which I installed VMware ESXi 5.1.Active Directory: Upgraded all domain controllers to Windows Server 2008R2. Then I decommissioned all older domain controllers and raised forest and domain levels to Server 2008R2.Server Monitoring: Installed and configured System Center Operations Manager to monitor all production web and SQL servers. Also set up a Nagios server to monitor Linux SOLR servers.Daily Support task and Responsibilities- Monitoring all production servers to make sure they stay online- Managing VMs, taking snap shots for production cycles, setting up master images for new machines, updating host with new patches and updates.- Managing WSUS, testing updates on test servers before releasing to production environment- Scheduled maintenance windows to update production server- Management of Active Directory, user provisioning, group policy, logon scripts, removing old users and computer accounts- Helpdesk support- Being on-call once a month to fix issues after hours

Beasley Broadcast Group provides music, news, information and entertainment to over 3.7 million listeners over 45 stations across the United States.Key Projects:Server consolidation: Design and implemented Dell servers with Server 2008 Standard leveraging Hyper-v technology. This project included elements for backup, DR, print server, virus server and PPM software (portable people meters, radio ratings software)Migration from Novell NetWare 5.1 to Windows Active Directory 2003 and Windows Server 2003: Developed the migration plan to move from Novell NetWare over to Active directory 2003. This included user account and data migration as well as share permissions and access rights.Patch Management: Planned and designed the WSUS. Managed client groups and approved all needed patches for each group. Used GPOs to apply changes to all clientsRedesign of Anti-virus solution: Originally consisted of Symantec Endpoint Protection 10, which was deployed to the Miami and Boca Raton location. When business requirements changed I lead the project to replace Symantec with Trend Micro 10 and deployed the packages to all users.Computer Upgrades: Responsible for purchasing, budgeting and deployment of new computers with Windows XP to replace Windows 98 systems. This included configuring a base image to meet company standards, the process to deploy the image and user data migration of their new profile. Also, I performed same process when Windows 7 became widely used in corporate offices.Daily Support task and Responsibilities- Management of Active Directory, user provisioning, group policy and logon scripts- Management of access control, by setting permissions, server hardening methodologies by using group policy- Management of patch deployment to Servers and workstation through WSUS- Created and managed workstation images- Responsible for configuring and installing new systems, data migration and configuration of users
