As Vice President of Xaxis Ad Labs, I manage a team of designers and developers that create unique ad experiences for premium video and display campaigns. I also support teams throughout the organization as a premium video and rich media subject matter expert.

As SVP of Ad Labs, I lead a team of design geeks and ad nerds that dream up and build out digital executions for some the world's most desirable brands. Using Xaxis' unique set of audience data and programmatic audience targeting capabilities, we also build out programmatic creatives that personalize in real time according to the interests of the audience and the environment where they execute. These dynamic creatives compliment what Xaxis is doing on the audience activation side of media buying business with an equally compelling audience centric engagement.

Triad is a global media, creative and technology partner. We are the specialist in growing brands in all retail environments and maximizing retailers’ profit on and offline.As SVP of Operations, I lead Account Management, Project Management, Creative Production, Ad Ops and Analytics. My role is to help these teams automate and innovate to assure that our retail and brand partners have "best-in-class" tech and creative to reach their audiences efficiently and effectively drive their KPIs.

I work with a team of designers, developers and producers to create prototype and working application to enhance Disney/ABC's digital entertainment experience.
