Tim Bargainer served as Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture at BA. His award winning work in planning and designing projects has been instrumental in his success. His passion is creating great places for his Clients ranging from intimate plazas to urban communities. His particular strengths include management of large planning and design teams to simple project management. As a Landscape Architect, his unique ability to visually analyze and develop alternative solutions leads to early success in preliminary planning or design as well as the design development phases of a project. Tim’s experience with both private and public sector projects has given him the ability to focus on the big picture all the while integrating state-of-the-art technology successfully into his projects. He is a facilitator of solutions delivering a final product that meets and exceeds expectations. Tim prides himself on being accessible to his clients, always.

Tim was the founding principal at BWM Group in Round Rock, Texas. The firm began as The office of Tim Bargainer in 1996, a year and half later it became Hall/Bargainer with the addition of partner Ty Hall. In 1998 the firm re-branded itself and became BWM Group. Over the years Tim has won numerous awards in both the public and private sectors for both planning and design.
