• Develop Scottish Government policy on developers contributions, in part responding to HM Treasury proposals for a planning gain supplement
• Develop planning policy in relation to housing, historic environment, fish farming, environmental regulation.
• Ensure planning system’s compliance with EU legislation on environmental assessment
