I am the Principal Consultant and President of BluePrints for Business. I am no stranger to success as a business owner, corporate executive, consultant and scholar. I started the company in March 1983. I saw a large gap in the market for consultants that focus on SMB companies.I have over 35 years of business experience, my time in corporate America includes a tenure as a Vice President with CitiCapital, a division of Citigroup, where I and my 25-member team managed the business technology sector with national account responsibility for Cisco Systems, Oracle, and other technology companies. As a business consultant and executive coach, I served some 273 companies in more than 160 industries in 15 states over 20 years. I specialized in four areas: startups, emerging growth, turnaround and workouts, and succession planning.
