Opened Optimal Capital Funding in North Carolina as a financial intermediary. We assist in the due diligence, packaging, funding and financing processes using our extensive funding pool of over 733 funding partners, lenders and investors we have developed. Our clients are small to mid-size companies ranging from Start-ups, emerging growth and mergers/acquisitions.

Primary responsibility for transitioning Optimum Capital Corporation clients. After the acquisition, the combined company expanded and implemented a nationwide plan of captive vendor leasing programs with manufacturers, dealers and value added resellers. In addition, I and teams working underneath me provided all program management for the key account Cisco Systems Inc., Oracle and Herman Miller. Duties included integration of financing solutions within the various business units and marketing organizations. Responsible for integrating financing message within manufacturer channels and encompassing partners located throughout the United States.

Optimum Capital was created in 1991 as a vendor based equipment leasing company. Starting with a single focus in the contract industry, the company later expanded into telecommunications and then into the broader technology marketplace. Optimum Capital prior to its acquisition had offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange, and Irvine California. The company was acquired in November of 1999.
