Key support to the Retail leadership group, with the effective and efficient delivery of numerous projects and day to day business objectives within Sky Retail. Led and involved in the strategic delivery of change projects from start to finish during my time in role. These varied in scope and range. Creation and implementation of performance plans for 750 sales advisors via the leadership team; delivery of training for new IT systems and processes; new store openings; led a Quality improvement group to improve profitability; delivery of management coaching to improve sales delivery in the field; assisting with recruitment; introducing time management and rota tools to improve staffing levels at the Retail sites. All helped to deliver a more efficient delivery of sales and customer experience across the Sky Retail team. Communicated and interacted with all relevant stakeholders and levels of management within Sky Retail and other departments across the business.

CPM Field Marketing is the UK’s leading field marketing company, representing large and SME clients in the retail environment, with a turnover of £69 million employing 600 employees across the UK2006 to 2012Regional Development Manager - Procter & Gamble Grocery Account Assigned to the delivery and development of key accounts. Reporting directly to the Client Service Manager and managing a team of eleven across Scotland and Northeast England. Strategic deliverables included sales growth, new product delivery, sales fundamentals and the maintaining of on-shelf availability in the UK’s four major retailers
