I have expatriate experience in the Middle East, Denmark, South Africa and Eastern Europe leading large, diverse HR teams to create and execute people strategies in oil and gas, professional services and consultancy, technology and telecommunications.My sweet spot is in the design and implementation of complex change on a global scale around purpose, net zero and sustainability and linking this to learning, performance, culture and operating model. My passion is to enable companies to adopt a cleaner, more sustainable future and thereby build their commercial resilience.
