I am a long time resident of Colorado Springs having lived here on and off (military career) since 1975. I was an Officer in the US Air Force serving in an F-16 Fighter Wing (388TFW). I have over 20 years of Colorado Real Estate industry experience as a small business owner and as the Executive Officer of one of the largest real estate companies in the state. I created Timberline Property Management to cater to fellow service members and other property owners who are out of state or oversees and need a hands on, detail oriented property manager to protect and preserve the value of their real estate investment. Timberline Property Management provides personalized management service in a geographically limited area (District 20 and District 38). I only manage a limited number of finer properties and offer direct communication with my clients. I have helped many of my tenants purchase homes. As a licensed REALTOR and experienced investor, I can offer sound guidance and negotiation skills to buyers. I have also worked with investors to find rental properties with a high demand and solid ROI.
