I’m the CEO of RecruitMilitary, where my purpose is to empower veterans & military spouses through meaningful career opportunities. In my role as CEO, I’ve:▪️ Led three acquisitions and subsequent integrations▪️ Served 2 million + veterans, connecting them with thousands of organizations ▪️ Modernized an interactive job board that hosts more than 400,000 job opportunities nationwide▪️ Established partnerships with thousands of organizations from Fortune 100 to small businessesI loved my time in the U.S. Army, where I was an AH-6 Pilot in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, becoming one of the youngest mission-qualified pilots in unit history.I’ve also loved my two decades of experience since my transition, where I’ve served as a senior executive leading Private Equity and Founder-led businesses. My goal is to help other members of our military community find a post-service career in which they can thrive.I hold a degree in business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I reside in Chesapeake, VA, and enjoy an active personal life with my family and friends.
