Coordinate and design the final layout and translation of the company’s instructions for use documents and product manuals (both printed and electronic). Design product cartons, labels, and device overlays while adhering to a number of company guidelines and procedures. All documentation is laid out in accordance with recognized labeling standards or other relevant regulatory standards.Route all items for approval through DocuSign and various product lifecycle management systems (SAP, Agile, Matrix).Maintain ongoing communication with internal (e.g. regulatory affairs, operations, quality, product development teams, marketing, etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g. print and translation vendors) to achieve labeling goals/tasks.Periodically assess the process of the labeling system and manage any needed modifications as the company evolves.

Was the senior lead of a small design team that worked on a wide variety of projects for many different clients including Comcast, Philips, Enterprise Bank, RCN, Joseph’s Bread, Boston IVF and more.Met with clients and worked closely with the project management and sales teams to prepare proposals for each job request.Was responsible for all website, web banner and email design projects. Worked on a large number of production jobs as well.Took on many different print projects (logos, brochures, business cards, packaging, etc), all of them taken from the concept phase to completion.

Came up with original concepts to help promote Vistaprint and their products. Primarily designed and coded email campaigns. Also had a hand in developing postcards, flyers, brochures, and other printed materials.Attended regular meetings with the marketing team to discuss projects before, during and after implementation.A number of my email designs helped push the company over its target dollar amount, breaking previous records for dollars earned per day.

Handled the project management and design of five coupon mailer magazines, which went out once a quarter.Designed, updated, and maintained websites for both Diversity and their clients.Worked closely with a web development team to create a site that Comcast employees could use to request various pre-designed marketing materials for their customers.Helped typeset Comcast rate notices, which had to follow detailed corporate guidelines. This job involved laying out, proofing, and keeping track of hundreds of documents. Each one involving a heavy amount of copy, pricing, and legal disclaimers.

Handled mostly production art, dealing with several headwear layouts and color adjustments. Received custom orders from the sales team to build out. Also edited existing headwear designs based on their special order requests.On occasion, I would design original headwear for the sales team to pitch to small and large retail outlets.Accompanied the sales team to off-site meetings to help assess client’s needs.
