After 9 years, Tim Blower leaves a Midlands based firm of patent and trade mark attorneys to start his own firm, IP-Active.com, on 8 September 2009. IP-Active.com offers a full range of intellectual property (IP) services, including the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent, trade mark and design applications; patent, trade mark and design searching; renewals; and advising with regard to threats and infringement.
