We went through an extensive RFP process to not only choose the CMS, but also the implementation vendors. The project was a great example of cross functional work between Marketing, ITS, and Procurement as well as the hospital.• Managed the $15M Operating and $4M Capital Budget for the Interactive Group. This involves budget planning and re-forecasting monthly.• In the process of leading the re-architecture and rewriting of an outdated ecommerce engine.• Increased the use of Agile Scrum and Kanban from one team on arrival to every project team within the Interactive Group (approximately 12 projects). -
