I am currently a Senior Director in Marketing for Checkers and Rally’s, where I create, plan, and execute omni-channel marketing and branding strategies for this 860-unit QSR concept.Some career highlights include :✔ As current Senior Marketing Director at Checkers and Rally’s, I’ve reinvigorated this concept by executing a complete reset of all integrated marketing components from social, digital, e-comm and broadcast including P.R.-worthy media activations and new restaurant design. This led to transaction event in four years.✔ Overseeing the branding transformation of Chili’s restaurants for a younger generation. Initiatives range from the new “Pepper S” logo to restaurant decor, reimagined menu to team member retention programs.✔ At Krispy Kreme's headquarters as the Global Director of Brand / Creative, I revitalized a flat brand and grew domestic and international revenue resulting in increased market cap from less than $200 million to more than $1.0 billion over three years. Budget of 4.1 MM. (Not media)In this role, I:✔ Oversee an ongoing brand transformation for all consumer-facing marketing. A thorough reset of social, broadcast, e-comm and digital strategy elements along with production and executional oversight.✔Executed implementation of “in-house” advertising agency model leading to a nimble response on project deadlines, explosive social and e-comm media growth, innovative media activations and major savings ($1.9 MM) compared to prior traditional agency commission approach.✔Repositioned the brand for guests looking for a premium occasion by introducing chicken sandwich and Fry-seasoned Tenders (along with eliminating low end offerings that were creating operational complexity) to increase average check over 19% in 2 years✔Implemented eComm strategy with a increased spend of $1.5MM/year on promotional activity (Free delivery, $5 off $20, etc) on DoorDash and Uber delivery platforms resulting in 18% of overall sales for total of ~$126MM sales this year✔Took a data-driven approach to building our social audience. Expanded social platforms with a novel “Let’s get real” cultural relevance approach to all content resulting in an engaged fan base. Over 14MM impressions (up 46%) and 2.3MM video views (up 47%) as of Summer 2023.
