Managing the re-design and upgrade of Gartmore's PeopleSoft Performance Management (EPM) application used for product profitability analysis / management reporting.

Projects undertaken during this period:1. Managed the NZ rollout of the Vodafone global financial reporting framework2. Finance lead during the Vodafone Online store implementation3. Managed the second phase implementation of a new Point of Sale system for the Vodafone retail branch network

Reponsible for the extension of Gartmore's PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management system to incorporate their US sister company and facilitate multi-currency reporting. Also designed and implemented a new activity based costing framework for the US entities.

Lead a team of consultants in developing business requirements and conducting a fit/gap analysis of requirements versus the delivered PeopleSoft EPM Human Capital Management (HCM) Warehouse for RBS's circa 120,000 employees spread over more than 30 HR systems.

Workstream leader for the design and implementation of the Airline Profitability performance management system using the PeopleSoft EPM application suite. Contracted via PeopleSoft Consulting Services. A highly successful project with the system still in production in 2012.
