Healthy Eating Discount Program: Developed a way to incentive members to buy and eat healthy while strengthening the Medica brand in the market place.Virtual Care: Investigated virtual care vendors and selected one that would be imbedded into Medica plan designs resulted in increased member satisfaction.Onsite Employee Clinic: Worked with external partner to offer a turnkey solution to employer groups. Patient Activation Measurement: Used this innovative tool to transform the Medica health and wellness portal into a way to tailor communication to a member’s health activation level.
