Manage the day to day operations of The Bradshaw Building, LLC, a commercial office building in Downtown Franklin, Virginia which houses over a dozen small business tenants.

- Founded and created the GamePlasma Network in 2003. Oversaw daily operations from its inception through December 2006 including recruitment and management of a team of more than 50 Editors, Writers, and Community Moderators.- Created GamePlasma.com (ranked in the top 10,000 websites on the Internet by Alexa Rankings), ForumPlasma.com (the # 1 video game community on the Internet during its time according to Alexa Rankings), and the GamePlasma Network which included fansites for popular video games including Diablo II, Age of Empires II, Star Wars Rebellion, and dozens more.- Established and developed relationships with dozens of video game publishers and PR firms (domestically and internationally).- Managed design, distribution, and marketing of the flagship publication, GamePlasma.com, which was one of 20 worldwide publications used to establish official industry ratings by GameRankings.com. - Developed a unique rating system, organized exclusive interviews, achieved accreditation as a globally-recognized News Media outlet in the Interactive Entertainment Industry.- Planned and managed GamePlasma's coverage of several key industry events including E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo), CES (Consumer Electronics Show), and GDC (Game Developers Conference).

As Technical Assistant in the Louis Berger Group's Washington, DC office I was responsible for comparing blueprints, floor by floor, with an Excel spreadsheet for HVAC systems for a 20+ floor skyscraper under construction in the Roslyn neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia. I also assembled presentation binders for the project which I hand delivered.
