The business unit Rail Services is responsible for (ultra-long) rail logistics and all added value processing of rails within voestalpine Railpro.Symmetric milling in one operation, cutting to desired lengths, flash butt welding up to 360 meters and coating for anti-corrosion and stray current protection are examples of our services that improve your efficiency and/or extend the lifetime of the rails.Our professional and experienced staff’s ambition is to help our customers in achieving higher track availability with lower total cost of ownership.

As a reserve soldier I try to combine the best of the civilian and military world, both in daily work and personal life. I am proud to be a member of an organization with core values such as courage, resilience and dedication; where the biggest challenges are solved by real teamwork.Currently I am working as a specialist for the Economy network of 1 CMI Command, which is tasked to enhance military operations with civilian expertise: one of the best examples where both worlds reinforce each other. Up to 2017, I served as Squad Leader within the National Reserve Corps (NATRES), with rank of Sergeant First Class.
