I am the Supervising Attorney for the Lake County Prosecutor's Homicide Task Force and the Drug Division. I do a little bit of everything, and every day is different. I primarily provide guidance in preparing and filing murder cases of every type in Indiana's second most populated in county. I do this in the same regard for drug dealing cases. I also help oversee Lake County's Drug Courts, which provide meaningful alternatives to incarceration for defendants afflicted with drug addiction. Prior to this, I was a supervising attorney for three years in the Lake County Prosecutor's Office County Courts Division, where I helped train and manage new attorneys and support staff. I also previously spent time in our felony division for two years where I litigated and tried felony cases, among others. I have had the honor of assisting the Indiana State Police and Gary Police Department to help make legal and policy reforms. I have previously appeared on Netflix. I have autism spectrum disorder and am constantly learning more about myself and how it is a strength. I am honored for the experiences and opportunities that I have had.
