Performed full failure analysis on returned parts including Ariel manufactured parts and supplied parts such as packing, valves, lubrication pumps.Research and Development: Tested production components on actual structural performance and how it relates to the Ariel Design Standards. Analyzed data using statistical means and variation. Testing resulted in a better understanding of how actual production parts respond to different environments that cannot be accounted for in computer aided design and FEA.
