May 2013 - Dec 2014: Project management to both define & design the next set of technologies that AGCO will provide with their Ag machinery manage smart farming activities/data. Leading a team within ATS (Advanced Technology Solutions) of System Engineers, Developers and Test/Validation Engineers as well as partnering up with the other EFG (Electronic Functional Group) engineers within the Harvesting; Applicators; Tractors divisions to deliver wireless solutions to potentially all the products across the 14 productions sites in AGCO worldwide.

Team Lead and Designer of Electrical Systems for AGCO Combines (Gleaner, MF, Challenger, Fendt and Laverda). Launched the T4f emissions technologies for Harvesting vehicles. Lead the team who designed the core architecture of the next generation combines for AGCO.

Campus Staff Worker at colleges across the Quad Cities (Palmer Chiropractic, Augustana, Black Hawk Community and Scott Community) starting at 30 hrs/week then in 2000 transitioned to 10 hrs/week when I went full time with Homewood EFC and then 5 hrs/week when I served as an Executive Pastor.

Began as Pastor of young and single adults (Emergent Generations) and then transitioned into the Executive Pastor role until we moved back closer to family in the summer 2008...

Designed the electrical systems on the Axial Combines 2100 & 2300 series & Cotton Pickers 2155 & 2355. Representative on J1939 committees for harvesting vehicles for Case Corporation.
