I serve as a committe member on the Iowa Architectural Foundation's "Architecture in the Community" committee. Some of the events that I have been part of with AIC include:- Architecture at Hand Walking Tours of Downtown Des Moines- Architectural walking tours for elementary school groups and private adult groups- Bike to Art + Architecture Tour- Annual Architecture Month (April) Lecture Series-

I was Teaching Assistant for the Architectural Detailing class at NDSU. In this course, I introduced students in their 3rd Year of the Architecture program to detailing techniques, standards, and best practices. Students were also introduced to BIM modeling through the use of REVIT software. I presented demonstrations of basic and advanced techniques for modeling and detailing in REVIT.

Worked three consecutive summers as a member of design teams participating in schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration.
