I am a Technology Support Services Administrator at Jones Day, a global law firm with more than 2,500 lawyers across five continents. I have been working at Jones Day since August 2015, starting on the Help Desk as a Technology Support Services Specialist and progressing to my current role in July 2023. I hold an MBA from Cleveland State University, specializing in Business Administration/Management & Information Systems. From the same university, I have a BBA with a minor in Information Systems. In my current role as an IT Administrator, I provide on-site desk-side support, set up technology for the partnership of over 900 lawyers, and coordinate secure asset disposals for the Firm. I also provide technology overview training to newly hired staff & lawyers. While in this role, I oversaw the expansion of the JD Miami office into new, previously unconstructed floorspace. In this role, I have developed skills in Cisco WebEx Meetings, Microsoft Teams, ZOOM Meetings & Softphones. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and solutions to the firm's clients and stakeholders. I enjoy working in a team that values collaboration, innovation, and diversity.
