Manage and sustain Information System Security initiatives and operations. Obtain and maintain multiple systems Assessment and Authorization (A&A) under DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF). Ensure Confidentiality, Availability, Integrity (CIA) in controlled and secure environments. Evaluate IS aspects of information technology hardware, software, network and communication interfaces. Maintain database for various system and compliance status. Perform IS security training and guidance to internal security departments, industry partners and clients/customers. Perform security auditing and analysis, implementation and enforcement of information security policies, procedures, directives and media control. Develop and maintain information security documentation for Customer's major applications in accordance with Federal Departmental and Agency guidelines, including but not limited to: System Security Plans, Security Risk Assessments, Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs), System Categorization Worksheets, Privacy Impact Assessments, Contingency Plans, Business Continuity Plans, Memoranda of Understanding (MOU), Interconnection Security Agreements (ISA), Rules of Behavior, and eAuthentication Risk Assessments. Maintain security compliance descriptions within the Cyber Security Assessment Management (CSAM) C&A web tool for all NIST 800-53 controls for each major application. Review and provide guidance on software development life cycle (SDLC) documents for the Customer programs and provide development support for this documentation as needed. Provide assistance as needed to support ad hoc data calls, including but not limited to those initiated by the Department, OCIO and Office of the Inspector General (OIG). Provide assistance as needed to support annual audits of Customer systems and programs, including drafting responses to audit reports. Update Incident Response forms, Track PII incidents, update the incident database, review and revise draft PII Breach Notification Packages. Provide assistance as needed for Capital Planning and Investment Control activities.
