Accountabilities:• Consolidate three fragmented IT organizations (450 staff) into an aligned service delivery team• Lead definition, chartering, and execution of $21 M, 5-year transformation program• Align Sr. Executives, stakeholders, and governance to necessary changes and create effective change coalition• Mentor, develop, and manage staff (direct and assigned) of 100 • Direct project staffing and execution activities for four large change initiatives Accomplishments: • Migrate over 50,00 medical school accounts and data to O365 without significant disruption• Implement consolidated client computing service for 5000 medical school and clinical users• Develop and implement Hybrid cloud platform• Improve capability of IT organization o Develop and implemented Incident, problem, change, and knowledge processes o Create roadmap for additional ITIL processes o Align operational team for process maintenance and roadmap execution

I led an assessment of IT across the University. The environment is currently highly decentralized. My project inventoried IT services and their cost, identified gaps and redundancies and created a set of recommendations for improving IT effectiveness and efficiency to senior leadership.Afterward, I stood up a program office, created a strategy for IT transformation and initiated 6 very large projects. In 2011, I took the lead on one of the projects. In the next 2 years, I assembled a high performance team charged with implementing an end user computing service that included multiple platforms (Mac, Wintel, and Linux) and comprehensive support. The team spent 2013 implementing the service for over 11K users across the university making MiWorkspace the largest shared service at the U.

Accountable for 120 professionals delivering all aspects of IT architecture, technology, integration and operations for a $3.2B ERP driven retail company with 950 mainframe, AS400, Unix and Wintel servers, 170T storage in 850 locations supported by a global client network of 12,000 Windows PCs.

Accountable for developing the marketing function and for customer acquisition at an advanced plasma technology startup.· Developed marketing materials · Implemented sales strategy to license rather than directly manufacture products· Developed corporate relationships resulting in licensing negotiations for the technology

With a team of 225, I directed engineering and operations of the enterprise data centers. Data center locations included a hybrid of insourced facilities for the distributed platform and outsourced for the mainframe platform.In other leadership roles at Sears, I consolidated and managed enterprise telecom as well as call center IT operations for Sears Credit and Sears.com.
