Permitted various aspects of an $890m linear transportation project, producing and managing major components and project deliverables to the Army Corp of Engineers, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.Technical lead handling data collection and project submittals to the USACE Fort Worth District for a 450-mile O&G midstream project in Texas. Created a critical path for all aspects of habitat mitigation (Houston Toad, Golden-Cheeked Warbler and Navasota Ladies'-tresses ). I also created a path to permitting under Section 7 that resulted in a project that was permitted in less that one year. Finally, I coordinated and sourced species experts to ensure implementation of BO conservation measures outlined with coordination of USFWS and our species experts. During this investigation, we discovered new critical information about the size and distribution of H.Toads in Robertson County Texas.
