This was a first of its kind outsource agreement between private and public sector for receivables management and technology.The large-scale contract manages three specific streams of business and up to $3 billion of revenue for the province of British Columba annually. The three streams include Contact Centre, Application Development Services (IMIT) and Business Document Processing/Payment Services.
