Manage the relationship with the outsourced service desk and one off development projects.Key Accomplishments:Planned and lead the implementation of a new laboratory information system within six St. Vincent hospital rapid response labs that required engaging members from different organizations, teams, and reporting structures resulting in increased revenue for both MACL and St. Vincent. Successfully lead and participated in multiple critical line of business application upgrades which added new functionality to the lab while achieving the predefined go live date. Improved the process for which database change requests were prioritized resulting in an increased turnaround time by 25% while improving communication and changing department perceptions.Lead a customer service improvement team whose charter was to promote change within the organization, while improving customer satisfaction.
