Responsibilities (split into 2 categories) New Business Development-Graphic Design/Proposal Layout/Publishing-Supervise and train Proposal Development Coordinators in design and preparation of proposals and marketing materials.-Support the Proposal Development Coordinators as needed with proposal preparations to assure compliance with deadlines/requirements.-Coordinate the proposal schedule.-Review Request for Proposals/Bids to assure all required information is included in proposals before submitting.-Track proposal shipments and validate accurate delivery.-Produce 2D and 3D renderings as needed for proposals and presentations.-Prepare new design pieces/documents needed for proposals.-Design, schedule and outsource printing of marketing materials for all segments of business.-Establish processes to assist in managing and organizing projects and tasks. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Customization/Trainer-Maintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application.-Provide CRM support, training, and monitoring of all end users.-Customize CRM system to fit the needs of the company and improve use and efficiency for processes.-Import data into CRM and filter views.-Generate and customize reports for Executive teams.-Provide support to Director of Proposal Development

- Generate proposals for Education/Business Dining segment- Direct Mailers for all segments- Administrator/Customizer/Trainer for Microsoft Dynamics CRM database- Some marketing involvement, but mostly New Business/Sales support- Field marketing for Corrections/Healthcare segments- 3D Renderings using Google Sketchup Pro / Layout

- Assist New Business Development Managers (sales) in development and production of proposals for Corrections, Healthcare and K-12 School segments.- Assist Project Manager and Graphic Design Department- Conceptualize, design, create and mail merge for all direct mail in all segments of business- Design and coordinate production for K-12 school signage
