With my years of experience in manufacturing engineering, operations and automation, I have a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative and cost-effective solutions for complex manufacturing challenges. At Carlisle Construction Materials I lead engineering of the Carlisle Architectural Metals business. At Assurant, I led the process engineering, quality and facilities management teams at the York Device Care Center. At TE Connectivity, I was the Senior Manager of the Automation Manufacturing Technology Team, which provided automation solutions for connectors, cable assemblies, connectivity modules, sensors and medical devices to the global businesses. I also led the manufacturing process development and deployment of fiber optic products across multiple sites. I am passionate about applying my engineering skills and knowledge to optimize manufacturing operations and create value for the customers and the company.
