About Tim Delany
Developing large scale collaborations & partnerships on multiomic population health research projects.-----With an interest in the convergence of technology and healthcare, I have a multi-disciplinary background (educated in Physiology, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Business and Digital Marketing) with 10+ years in the Biotech industry. My special interest in the exponential growth of disruptive technologies and their application to improving the delivery of healthcare has led me to gain experience working with small teams in healthcare technology (Health Founders, Ticker Fit, Cortechs), but also in Adtruism, a social-tech start-up. As Chief Business Development Officer I managed to help the start-up to progress and, shortly after launch, we partnered with Google. From start-ups, I moved to SMEs where I have gained experience leading projects in S3 Connected Health (designing medical device platforms for Merck KGaA) and Genuity Science (large population health genomics initiatives). All of this has led me to my role in Metabolon where I develop strategic collaborations in the space as well as well as leading and contributing to key internal initiatives.
