Lead Network Security Architect/Design Engineer in charge of designing, implementing and maintaining a 70+ site worldwide LAN/WAN/Remote Access/Security infrastructure. Provided Tandem entrance to Cisco technical support at the 2nd level due to my Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert Status, Performed the role of network management consultant, and performed network documentation services for this major account. Major accomplishment/win was to be a key player in the winning back of the tandem support business that almost was lost due to product issues, and assisting UB in their efforts to have the support contract renewed. Due to my efforts and the UB team at Tandem, the support revenue increased from $300K to over $1 Million per year.
