I have done ERP, BI and EDI projects since 2012. On the side I have done some eCommerce/SEO projects.Mainly implementing ERP software as a technical consultant, technical application manager and support manager during and after rollouts.As a technical consultant, I have done requirements gathering, workshops, solution design, technical architectural work, software development, testing (automation), release management, data migrations, security development, reporting, business intelligence and EDI development.As a technical application manager I have managed server farms of over 30 servers, 100s of printers, multiple RDP farms, over 200 end users, security, disaster and recovery management (backups), scanning/handheld infrastructure, ..As a support manager I have started support departments, worked out their tooling, recruited team members, set up documentation and processes, joined and professionalized existing support departments.
