As project manager, I lead projects from conception through to production and post-production. Here, I manage high-value projects on strict timelines to expand game features and user retention.In this role, I successfully write documentation on conceptual features, plan and manage the project timeline, create project breakdowns to effectively deliver, and manage game releases on multiple platforms, and conduct post-launch research on data and impact results of projects. Additional tasks: supporter Game Director in managing and planning releases, ensuring cross-departmental communication remains fluid and constructive, managing multiple teams' sprints, writing weekly reports for key stakeholders., and various procedural tasks to maintain smooth operations of the Game Development department.

As a customer support specialist, otherwise known as Chat Operator, I work to ensure that anything our clients need assistance with is dealt with in a timely and organised manner. Here, I work with different types of games, technologies, and devices. As a CSS, my tasks include data filtration and analysis, sorting through customer data to find, confirm and resolve issues, but also conflict resolution, independent investigation into claims, and multi level task and time management working on support in different communication streams simultaneously.Additional tasks alongside position: weekly product (game) review report for company (data tracking, report writing), Community division assistant: event conception, setup and executionAll round office assistant when needed (chef, office management), and policy reviewer: player management policy, procedural reviews and creations.Accomplishments include: 1 time (division) employee of the year, 2021, 4 time employee of the month (Jan-Sept 2022)

Working as past board representative for new board elections, two years running.Tasks for this role include the set up, execution, and organisation of the entire election procedure. This includes creating guidelines, policies/rules, and structure of the election procedure. Additionally, I interviewed potential candidates, worked to assign recommendations for open board positions, and carried out the election assembly where association members vote on new board.

As board representative in the Vice President function, I was in in charge of multiple different functions. Notably, I was involved as the President's right hand, working to ensure organisational operations, tasks division, and representative of the association to outside partners. Additionally, I was also responsible for management and functioning of 25 committees alongside two Internal Affairs Officers. Lastly, I was solely responsible for social media strategy of multiple social media platforms of the events.Here, I was able to work directly with committees of the organisation to ensure publicity of events, organisation and set up said events, and review of these events in post-mortem. Furthermore I was involved in the management of student affairs for 600+ membership base, delegation of tasks to other board members, acquisition of new partnerships, including UberEats and serving as liaison between Advisory Board, student members, and university officials.

As a member of the Advisory Board for BASIS The Hague, I serve as the independent legal jurisdiction and supervisor for the study association, making sure that any and all activity under the BASIS name is performed within the statutes of the organisation. As such, I serve to keep the organisation in check, and act completely independently, a judicial branch with no overarching authority. Included in this scope of BASIS is the BASIS board, the committees, and the student member body. Beyond monitoring the activity of the BASIS constituents, I also serve to advise any and all parties with matters related to the study organisation. Such tasks include; advising committee members on courses of action, dealing with complaints or violations, and deciding on the repercussions of members or committees that have violated any statute. Further, I serve to initiate, organise, monitor, and moderate election processes for the next board of the organisation. Here, tasks include: counting votes, setting the rules, interviewing candidates and making sure that election rules and regulations are upheld and not breached.

As the Vice President of the North America Committee, I am in charge of making sure the operations of the committee continue smoothly, alongside the President. I attend weekly meetings in which we draft new events, ensure that we have the capabilities to carry out these events, and reflect on the possibilities of each event. One example of this is coordinating with the Academic Committee to organise a trip to the U.S. Embassy in the Netherlands for fellow students within the organisation. Here, I had to communicate with the representatives in the embassy as well as other committees to ensure that all requirements are met within a limited time.Further, I represent the North American area, helping out through Leiden University to provide help with new students still needing to pick their region of specialisation. This is done by hosting area fairs for first year students, where we bring educational material used in the course in order to give students a good idea of the contents learned in the course in order to give them a better understanding for what will be learned and what they can expect.Finally, I am charge of taking leadership and filling in for roles which are unaccounted for, or on case-by-case basis if certain tasks need to done. When running events or the day-to-day operations of the committee, I am tasked with filling in if those assigned to their positions do not already cover said tasks.As such, having a gap in the position of treasurer within the committee, I took it upon myself to use the experience gained as serving treasurer within 2 past committees in order to make sure that the treasury aspects of our committee were completed.Here, I had to make sure that any and all events performed within our committee as well as in collaboration with other committees were done within the limits of our budget. Further, I made sure to keep good oversight of the budget left after each event, taking into account the funds raised from ticket sales of our event.

During my position of Treasurer of the Yearbook Committee, my role was to maintain the finances and organize the necessary tools required for creating the yearbook for my study. This included reaching out to other committees, companies, and organizations in order to meet our deadlines and create a final product. However, this title was largely symbolic, and I operated in a variety of functions, including acting as creative director and secretary at times. In the final months of the yearbook project, due to the absence of our committee president, I took over this role in ensuring clear communication with the BASIS board, as well as ensuring that the work was done and delegated to the appropriate people, ending with a successful yearbook that was delivered on time.

Being tasked by the Netherlands Commission to UNESCO, I led a consultancy team composed of 13 other members in composing a report detailing Artificial Intelligence technologies innovation, the risks and challenges associated with further developments, creating an set of ethical guidelines and advising on potential roles various stakeholders could play in this field.

Holding the position of Treasurer of the Cultural Committee within the BASIS organization, I operate in the role of maintaining finances, reaching out with companies and institutions to plan and execute events, and provide deals for students to attend.
