Conducted classroom, simulator and in-plant training for the Initial and Requalification Licensed Operator Training Programs at Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. Served as Surrogate SRO for several initial NRC license examinations.Used the systematic approach to training (SAT) process to analyze positions and activities, design training sessions for operations and engineering training, develop training plans and modules, implement training plans and evaluate results.
