I am privileged to lead the Public Sector and Education Practice in the UK for Gallagher. With 22 years experience in these specialist sectors, I took over the leadership of the Practice in 2013.We are a leading risk and insurance provider to Local Authorities, Blue Light services and Educational organisations with over 200 clients in these sectors.I am responsible for developing innovative solutions for our clients including our first App "TravelCert", aimed at improving the monitoring, risk management and duty of care requirements of our clients travel risks. We also won the prestigious Insurance Times award for Commercial Broking (Innovation) for the creation of the West Midlands Insurance Academies Group, which achieved substantial savings, coverage enhancements and risk management solutions for Academies.
