Technical support for BeyondTrust PI (formerly Lieberman ERPM). Trained and leads a small team of engineers on daily support tasks.

Lead offshore support team via daily SCRUM meetings and ad-hoc messaging. Triaged daily service ticket queues for team consumption. Trained and mentored new team members on PI troubleshooting and best practices. Massive data cleanup with validation, reduced license count by 80%, eliminating licensing violations with Vendor. Developed processes and script to automate account elevation features per client. Designed processes to ensure new server VM’s are onboarded to PI and local Admin accounts are renamed and managed.

Designed workflows and configuration files for Lieberman ERPM/RED for HPA account onboarding, trained staff on configuration file modification and management across all Windows and Unix platforms. Identified and filed software design flaw tickets and product enhancement requests with Lieberman Software to improve the ERPM/RED product and fix design errors.

Command all operations to provide optimal Internet access, security, and virus protection services to remote subscribers. Design and install networks, and perform software project management services. Designed and authored software to automate the deployment and management of Costco’s Enterprise Random Password Manager ERPM) software. Costco had selected Lieberman as their vendor and discovered that installing this complex n-tier product across a very large domain model was extremely challenging. With a new deployment model and the tools to automate its implementation, they have had great success, with a proven toolset in place to help them in the future.

As the team SME in Cosmos Applications, design, write, and implement data workflows to port current BI data and processes from SQL to Cosmos. Perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement of the various data models and processes. Conduct weekly Cosmos training sessions to bring staff and clients up to speed on designing and developing Cosmos software. Design and implement software to enforce PII security requirements. Translate current SQL Stored Procedures into Cosmos Scope jobs to improve reporting capabilities. Planned and performed client migration activities to move virtual clusters from Chicago Data Center to new Cheyenne Data Center with no down time and no data loss.

As a SME in Cosmos Operations, troubleshoot, manage, monitor and maintain massive production compute clusters (800K processors, 1200PiB storage) and 1000 virtual clusters used by various Microsoft business groups. Design and develop software using C# and Scope script to dramatically improve accuracy and speed for customer requests, and automate various maintenance tasks. Train new employees on all aspects of Cosmos Operations and internals. Designed and implemented workflows to manage new customer onboarding, capacity planning, and chargebacks. Implemented auditing procedures to identify and resolve resource usage vs internal billing discrepancies, working closely with Finance. Focus on improving scalability and reliability of the Cosmos infrastructure.

Managed all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for multiple projects as Microsoft consultant. Hired and supervised technical development teams of up to 6 developers and several quality assurance testers, and represented team at internal and external meetings. Formulated and implemented project plans, and created relevant documentation. Assessed client needs, set deadlines, assembled teams, and procured technical equipment and workspace.Performed technical analysis, and authored project specifications. Identified critical issues, prioritized accordingly, and collaborated with multiple management teams to facilitate resolution. Delivered presentations at status meetings, and presided over project-milestone signoff meetings to address internal and external issues.Key Highlights:• Issued recommendations pertaining to integrity issues throughout data warehouses, resulting in Microsoft’s approval of $2.5M data cleanup initiative.• Achieved performance levels 10 times greater than initial projections for critical path component of Microsoft Partner Program, and revitalized project to completion within budget.• Awarded EDS Blue Diamond for spearheading development of PAMFinder project, a Siebel/Partner Program interface, in alignment with budgetary and scheduling guidelines.• Moderated 4 Visual Studio Express public forums, and reduced unanswered questions from 1000 to fewer than 30.

Program Manager, Windows Division, 1998-2003Directed development of internal accessibility guideline applications, and managed all aspects of accessibility test lab operations. Performed analysis to identify accessibility issues in Microsoft products, prioritized accordingly, and negotiated with various product teams for prompt resolution. Represented organization before government and regulatory groups, and delivered presentations at accessibility symposiums.
