Responsible for scope, schedule, budget, engineering and design, construction administration, closeout and warranty on 20+ projects at any given time. Assisted with Program management and planning in a collaborative manner with the District’s Maintenance, Custodial and various educational department executives using established educational specifications and technical guidelines.

Conducted turnkey construction management responsibilities for single and multi-family residential and commercial construction projects for private developer. Responsibilities included pre-construction management, design, permitting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, QA/QC, customer service and safety at multiple sites.
