Coach a team of construction project managers responsible for turnkey delivery of $427 million worth of PK-12, Bond-funded school construction and renovation projects. With an emphasis on Lean management principles, coordinate multi-project delivery in collaboration with multiple stakeholders including District Maintenance, Custodial, Planning, Purchasing, Communications & Facility Use Departments. Report to Chief Operating Officer.

Supervised all aspects of design and construction for PK-12, Bond-funded school/facility renovation and new-build/replacement school projects. Administered implementation of District’s new project management software (e-Builder) - charged with program design, software integration and training of over 120 users including colleagues and vendors.

Led a team of four owner’s representative construction project managers under the 4-year, $466 million 2012 General Obligation Bond Program. Responsible for scope, schedule, budget, engineering and design, construction administration, closeout and warranty on 20+ projects at any given time. Assisted with Program management and planning in a collaborative manner with the District’s Maintenance, Custodial and various educational department executives using established educational specifications and technical guidelines.

Conducted turnkey construction management responsibilities for single and multi-family residential and commercial construction projects for private developer. Responsibilities included pre-construction management, design, permitting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, QA/QC, customer service and safety at multiple sites.
